Defunct Austin home brokerage’s lawsuit against Zillow shot down by jury

Zillow had been accused of false advertising and deceptive trade practices by a now-defunct brokerage that had been based in Austin. A jury on Sept. 29 sided with the Seattle-based real estate tech company.
