Developer looks to revamp, delay vote on contentious Gilbert mixed-use project

The Gilbert Town Council is set to vote Tuesday on the controversial The Ranch project proposed on the southwest corner of Elliot and Power roads. The developer is asking for a two month delay to revamp the project.
