Developer with local roots plans to revitalize property into hybrid warehouse space for contractors


The project, which rehabilitates a site that experienced a major fire in 2022, aims to provide small businesses owners and those in the trades with an opportunity to rent space without being tied up in long-term leases or getting more square footage than what they need.
