Developer Thomas Kramer’s former mansions on Miami Beach’s exclusive Star Island have been listed for sale with an asking price of $40 million.
Douglas Elliman broker Brett Harris, who has the listing, said the property could be a tear down play in order to build a new mansion. Totaling about 80,000 square feet, the lots at 4 and 5 Star Island Drive have a combined 17,000 square feet of living space.
