District 37 Kitchen and Taphouse planned as waterfront restaurant in North Tonawanda

The restaurant is planned to overlook the Erie Canal in North Tonawanda. Plus, a Wheatfield eatery closes for restructuring; a new tavern in Belfast; and a second drive-thru for a Buffalo fast food restaurant.
