An island on Lake Minnetonka is on the market for $2.75 million.
The 21.65-acre property at 4800 Spray Island in Shorewood consists of a five-bedroom main home, a guest home, a bunk house and a beach house.
The property, according to Hennepin County records, is owned by Cortland and Susan Smith. Susan, who died in June 2017, and her husband Cortland founded the Minnesota Summerhill School that operated on the property for over 10 years.
