Educator receives Empire Whole Health Heroes award for helping underserved communities access jobs in health care


LaQuetta Alexander-Ellis founded Practice 2 Perfect in 2020 as part of her dream to help more Black people get good jobs in the health care industry. She describes it as the “first black owned training center in the Capital Region” and a place “where passion meets education.”

Practice 2 Perfect empowers students to better their lives and contribute positively to the organizations and communities in which they work and live.
