Ellis Preserve office, part of Equus’ final phase of the mixed-use development, gets underway

Equus Capital Partners plans to open the five-story office building in Newtown Square in summer 2024. It is being made out of mass timber, something the firm plans to replicate in a similar office project in Wayne.
