Nashville’s legendary Ernest Tubb Record Shop has sold.
The building, which sits at 417 Broadway, sold for $18.3 million, according to the Nashville Post.
The new owners are developer Brad Bars, Dale Tubb (Ernest Tubb’s grandson) and musician Ilya Toshinskiy. The trio also purchased the record shop business itself for an unknown sum, the Post reports.
