Ernst & Young taps Cargill CFO Jamie Miller to lead finance at proposed spinoff


Ernst & Young has appointed Cargill chief financial officer Jamie Miller as its global CFO and as eventual CFO of a proposed new consulting business that the accounting firm is planning to spin off.

Miller has substantial public company experience, including as CFO of Minnesota-based agriculture conglomerate Cargill and of General Electric, and she held a prior role as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
