The Clifton Library building on Ludlow Avenue is getting new life – and a rooftop deck – as its owner prepares to convert it into a restaurant.
The former library at 351 Ludlow Ave. is becoming a restaurant under the same owners as the Ludlow Garage. Gaslight Property owner David Taylor and his wife, Claudia, purchased the building in 2014. After various restaurant and bar tenants fell through, they decided to open their own concept there.
