A longtime developer in West Plano’s prestigious Willow Bend area has nabbed one of the last available land tracts and launched development of 19 lots for new homes that will start at about $1.6 million. Over the past four decades, Shaddock Development has been the driving force behind more than 1,600 lots in 13 subdivisions in West Plano, with the lion's share of those in Willow Bend.
