An ice cream parlor that specializes in frozen confections with booze mixed right in is opening in a new state just a year after getting started in Over-the-Rhine.
Buzzed Bull Creamery first opened at 1408 Main St. in Over-the-Rhine in May 2017. The ice cream parlor signed its first franchisee, Chandra Clay, and will be expanding to Atlanta, though it is still vetting locations in that city.
