Cortex innovation community's newest building, 4220 Duncan, is now open.
Wexford Science & Technology LLC developed the 182,000-square-foot, five-story building, with Tarlton Construction as the general contractor and HOK as architect. Cambridge Innovation Center, or CIC, occupies 41,000 square feet, bringing its total square footage in Cortex to 160,000 square feet that's spread across three building.
