First look: Developer shares details on apartments, retail space planned near downtown library

Pizzuti Cos. has proposed a mixed-used development at the corner of Grant Avenue and Oak Street, on land now owned by Capital University. It's a joint venture between the two that has been in the works for a year and a half.
