A tech company is joining Asheville’s Hi-Wire Brewing as one of the first tenants to sign a lease at the freshly-renovated Golden Belt Campus in downtown Durham.
Software agency WillowTree, Inc. is moving into just over 29,000 square feet at an old warehouse on the campus that is in the midst of being overhauled into a new, mixed-use space of offices, restaurants and artist studio space.
