Fisher Investments, with major office in Plano, moving headquarters to Texas from Washington

Wealth management firm Fisher Investments, which has its main Texas office in Plano, says it is relocating its corporate headquarters from Washington to the Lone Star State in protest of a capital gains tax ruling in its home state.
