Florida Family Insurance's Jacksonville office has signed a lease to move from the 17th floor of Riverplace Tower to an office building in the suburbs near Flagler Center.
The company currently runs its claims office in a roughly 14,000-square-foot space at 1301 Riverplace Blvd. The space the company will move into, at 12574 Flagler Center Blvd., has 16,500 square feet of space, said The Cordell Group's Cord Butler, who represented the Florida Family in the lease.
