A Fluor-led joint venture company tasked with design and construction of the I-635 LBJ East Project in Dallas has leased more than 30,000 square feet of office space near the project site.
The JV composed of Irving-based multinational engineering and construction firm Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. leased just under 32,000 square feet at Northcreek Place II, which is at 12160-12170 N. Abrams Road of Dallas, a Fluor spokesman confirmed Friday afternoon.
