Erika Council, an acclaimed biscuit maker and food writer, will open Bomb Biscuit Restaurant on Highland Avenue in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. Bomb Biscuit will move into the space that previously housed casual restaurant and bar Field Day, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.
