Frana Cos. Inc. is expanding its manufacturing footprint with the development of a new facility in Rosemount.
The Hopkins-based general contractor is looking to construct a manufacturing facility with outdoor storage. It would be its second Rosemount facility, with its other location being a pre-fabricated wall plant at 2785 160th St. W.
