A multimillion-dollar expansion project is coming to H-E-B LP's Bastrop store, according to the Bastrop Economic Development Corporation.
Bastrop EDC said the first phase, which included a parking lot addition, was already underway. An interior renovation could begin July 1, 2024, and include nearly 18,000 square feet of added space.
It will also add a True Texas BBQ restaurant. The company employs 700 full-time and part-time at the store, according to Bastrop EDC.
