Hawaii County orders second evacuation as new lava fissures erupt from Kilauea volcano


Residents of a second subdivision on Hawaii’s Big Island were ordered to evacuate immediately Tuesday afternoon after county civil defense officials said two new fissures with lava from Kilauea volcano had opened.
