Here’s the latest update on the $78M redevelopment of Upper Arlington’s Golden Bear Shopping Center

The project developer says all tenants will be moving out this summer to prepare the site for redevelopment as a mixed-use building featuring luxury condominiums, office space, and retail and restaurant space.
