Lakeville has seen the most single-family home construction in the Twin Cities thus far this year, according to data compiled by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities.
The city has issued 405 residential construction permits in Lakeville. Plymouth came in second with 252 residential construction permits, and Woodbury is close behind with 243.
