How Franklin County land bank COCIC helped secure funds to redevelop Westland Mall, Whitehall condos and Columbus Castings sites

The Central Ohio Community Improvement Corp. was awarded $21.5 million to help area developers demolish and redevelop sites like the Westland Mall site and Upper Arlington's Golden Bear Shopping Center.
