How Nashville mayoral candidates plan to maintain city’s affordable housing momentum


A 2021 report recommended that Nashville add 5,000 units of affordable housing per year to keep up with demand. The city is on track to meet that goal, but how will Nashville's next mayor build on that growth? The Business Journal spoke with candidates Alice Rolli and Freddie O’Connell about the city’s need for more affordable units and ways to meet that demand.
