Industrial real estate firm Dalfen Industrial has acquired 45.79 acres of land on the south side of Kearney Street west of Hwy. 352 in Mesquite for an undisclosed price, the company said.
The tract is adjacent to the Pep Boys distribution hub and near the Skyline Logistics Hub, one of Dallas County's largest industrial parks.
