The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at Portland State University opened this week to an array of cultural enthusiasts who pored through the spot's 7,500 square feet of displays.
The museum, which overlooks Southwest Broadway, is free to the public. It features works from Schnitzer's extensive collection from Northwest artists, including students and faculty.
