A new craft distillery in the Highlands plans to hold a grand opening next week.
Prohibition Craft Spirits, at 436 Baxter Ave., makes gin, vodka and rum in a 13,276 square-foot space near the Baxter Jack's volleyball complex at Lexington Road. It also has a full bar next door, Irish Hill Pharmacy, where tour takers and others can grab a drink.
