EverWest Real Estate Investors picked up a 277,784-square-foot Burlingame office campus for about $109.7 million or about $395 per square foot, according to sources familiar with the deal.
The seller in the deal, Burlingame Bay LLC, bought the buildings, at 555 and 577 Airport Blvd., for $90 million or about $324 per square foot in 2015, according to property records.
