Iron Horse Hotel owner Tim Dixon strikes a deal to resolve foreclosure

After an attempt to sell the Iron Horse Hotel didn’t fetch offers higher than the $24 million owed on its mortgage, its creator Tim Dixon has reach an agreement with its lender to keep ownership.
