Jeffers’ new Husch Blackwell-anchored office to finance streetscape work

Milwaukee developer J. Jeffers & Co. next month will break ground on an 11-story office building in a rapidly evolving area of downtown, and will soon roll out a plan to spruce up the surrounding streets and sidewalks.
