Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ company Blue Star Land has purchased 60 acres on the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco near an industrial park the company bought last year, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Rex Glendenning of Rex Real Estate, the broker who arranged the sale, said the new frontage will be hold a mixed-use development that will complement the industrial park.
