Jersey Mike’s Subs will open its fifth Hawaii location this month in Kapolei at 91-0710 Farrington Hwy.
The New Jersey-based chain, known for its fresh-sliced or grilled subs, will open on Wednesday, and will be operated by franchise owner Alvaro Garcia.
Garcia owns 40 other Jersey Mike’s locations in California, and is the largest company franchise owner. He operates the four other Hawaii locations in Mililani, Kahala, Hawaii Kai and Wailuku, Maui.
