After closing its original location on Hausten Street last month, seafood boil eatery Karai Crab will reopen on Wednesday at the Interstate Building on South King Street. The space was formerly occupied by Café Sistina, which shuttered late last year.
“We wanted something in town, and we envisioned that there would be a lot of foot traffic here — there’s a lot of people who come to this area on a consistent basis,” said owner Jon Shimotsukasa, whose title is CEO, as in crab executive officer.
