De Pere-based Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe's Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Kringle won the 2018 contest put on by Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce and Johnson Financial Group, WMC announced Tuesday. The kringle was the tournament's No. 1 seed for the second consecutive year and was the leading vote-getter of nearly 160 initial nominees.
