Last summer I crossed a big item off my bucket list: I summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. When I decided to embark on the climb, I knew it would be an intense physical journey. What I didn’t realize was how incredible a mental exercise the process would turn out to be. Since returning home, I have spent time reflecting on the lessons I learned along the way, and how they apply to my personal and professional life.
