The companies on the Business Journal's Residential Homebuilders List reported combined revenue of $1.86 billion for 2017, representing a 15.5 percent increase over last year's list. The top five companies, or the List Leaders, account for almost $1 billion — which is roughly 54 percent of all the revenue.
This year, seven companies cracked the $100 million mark for revenue. Last year there were only five companies to hit that figure.
