Liz Hart, a longtime power broker with real estate firm Newmark in San Francisco, has been promoted to lead the company's North American leasing operation.
Hart, currently vice chairman at the publicly traded New York company (NASDAQ: NMRK), will assume the newly created role of president of leasing. She will remain based in the Bay Area and will continue to work with her San Francisco clients.
