A fine dining, West Coast institution frequented by celebrities is eyeing a Nashville expansion.
Craig’s is owned by founder Craig Susser and opened in West Hollywood, at 8826 Melrose Ave., in 2011.
Susser's interest in expanding to Music City stems from some overlapping relationships in the market, Nashville's L.A.-adjacent atmosphere and it being a community Craig's can be embedded in, according to an executive at Sonder Hospitality, which is assisting with the expansion plans.
