Lux Living lands LCRA abatement for nearly $200M downtown high-rise


Kansas City's Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority on Friday approved a 17-year property tax abatement and sales tax exemption on construction materials for Lux Living, in connection with the St. Louis developer's 14 Wyandotte plan in Downtown.
