The new owners of the Minnesota Harvest apple orchard in Jordan, Minn., want to turn the venue into one of the biggest agri-tourism hubs in the region.
Ferguson’s Orchards acquired the orchard, located at 8251 Old Highway 169 Blvd., in May and has spent the past few months renovating the space into an agriculture-promoting, family-friendly experience. Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed but a certificate of real estate value filed with the state shows that the property sold for $4.5 million.…
