Mount Pleasant seeks 430 acres of development along I-94, considers $60 million in spending

Mount Pleasant officials are reviewing almost $60 million in long-range spending to support development of about 430 acres east of Interstate 94 where a first anticipated groundbreaking would bring 374 apartments.
