Developers filed a variety of multifamily, industrial and mixed-use rezoning petitions to round out the month of October, according to city of Charlotte planning records.
Nov. 2: 2022-204 — JAYJEET LLC to rezone 5.2 acres at Sunset Lane from R-4 to MUDD-CD, to "allow for the development of retail and/or office and/or institutional uses and townhomes."
