New Faze Development names operator, plans groundbreaking of $28 million Elk Grove post-acute facility

Continuum Care Hospital is holding a ceremonial groundbreaking on Tuesday for its new 60-bed post-acute transitional care facility in Elk Grove. Construction is expected to start in the spring.
