New owner of Seagate’s 30-acre Fremont campus may have bigger plans for the site


In May, Madison Capital bought Seagate's campus, which includes a 575,000-square-foot R&D building as well as close to 11 acres of vacant land. The investor's latest move signals it may be interested in making something of that vacant portion.
