IPAs may still be all the rage in the craft beer world, but it isn’t the style of choice for the majority of Americans.
That would still be (and maybe always be) a light lager.
While other brewers are making their IPAs hazier, their barrel-aged stouts stronger and their infusions fruitier, Four String Brewing Co. has gone the other way, choosing to build its business around its Hilltop Lager and new Hilltop Light.
“Zigging while others zag,” is how founder Dan Cochran described it.
