A sandwich company is planning an outpost at the Sacramento Valley Station, serving a locally familiar coffee.
Old Soul Co. will provide coffee grounds, baked goods and flavor syrups for Sourdough & Co., which will occupy about 2,000 square feet at the train station.
Jason Griest, Old Soul’s co-owner, said the station spot will serve his company’s items, but it’s not a new Old Soul location.
