On its way out as Coliseum site owner, Alameda County weighs return as tenant of planned developer

'This is a site that's large enough to accommodate it all,' Oakland City Council member and Coliseum Authority chair Rebecca Kaplan said about Alameda County and Oakland city services being tenants at the Coliseum.
